After months of refining the story with my daughter, I'm finally ready to begin working on my new comic. This story takes us into a mythic world where the retired hobo Johnny Appleseed lives in the wild lands and giants rule the industrial city of Jotunheim. THE SILENT PULSE will remain dormant for now. Balancing work, school, and family has been enough of a struggle, and in January I will begin an internship in teaching that I'm pretty excited about. The distinct advantage of the new comic is that my 3-year-old contributes her incisive editorial genius to the project: daily bedtime deadlines and fresh creative feedback should keep me on the right track; I will post the updates online whenever i can!
