In the past I've used Netscape 4.76 as my test browser for this site in order to establish a certain level of compatibility. With the latest update, though, I just can't get it to dispaly correctly.

If you know an HTML expert who can tell me what the problem is, I might have a change of heart, but until further notice: MY RELATIONSHIP with NETSCAPE 4.76 is OVER!
This is NOT a HOAX, nor is it merely a scruple or fancy. My sleep-deprived mind is made up.

I think that it has been fixed. I will continue to use Netscape as my test browser. The thought of civilians unable to access my website is disturbing.
