I've just gotten back from my trip to Spring Valley, New York where I attended an illuminating teacher training [details below]. I WON'T BE MOVING to NEW YORK! I had a great time visiting the school, but it turns out that the foundation studies are offered locally at the Washington Waldorf School in Bethesda, Maryland. This is a big relief, as I was growing quite anxious about uprooting my family.

Studying the Waldorf Curriculum was very inspiring, and it is evident how it nourishes young imaginations! As with any culture, there are some troubling elements, but I think that I can meet those with peace and integrity. Being on a campus where all the students were teachers was delightful; I met a number of friends with whom I hope to remain in dynamic contact for years to come!

Incidentally, I was looking for an electronic text of Richard Wilhelm's SECRET OF THE GOLDEN FLOWER with a commentary by Carl Jung, and I found this wild site pertaining to sacred geometry and the meditations of Jesus. Since gematria was a thematic element of THE SILENT PULSE, I found it interesting, even though some of the claims may seem far-fetched to the average reader.
